We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• The Al-Ihsan Institute referral program is a tool to recognize and reward current and past Al-Ihsan Institute students who are promoting the Institute and helping the Al-Ihsan Institute recruitment process by referring potential students. 
• Al-Ihsan Institute active students are eligible to participate in the Al-Ihsan Institute Referral program. 

Al-Ihsan Institute employees, are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program. 

• The referral is considered valid if the referred potential student enrolls at Al-Ihsan Institute as a student. Referrals for students who apply, go through the entrance exam but don’t enroll or enroll without satisfying all academic and financial requirements will not be included. 
• The current student will have to fill out the referral form through an online link (we need this at the point of enquiry). The referrer will be receiving an email notification from us confirming if it is a valid referral as we have to check if the referee is not yet in Al-Ihsan Institute’s CRM. 
• Referral awards / Account credits are paid once all the below conditions are met; 

¬ Successful enrollment 

¬ Term fees have been settled by referred student

¬ Multiple referrals of the same student will be rewarded on a first referral – first reward basis. 

¬ Referral admissions are subject to the Institute’s admission and assessment policies & procedures. 

• Once you refer a student, you are eligible for a 30% discount on school fees per term, per student. 
• Al-Ihsan Institute reserves the right to change the Referral Program or the referral award structure at its discretion. Consequent referral program changes will apply to all referral awards after such changes are made, even for users referred prior to the changes. 
• The referral period rewards apply for 12 months.
• Al-Ihsan Institute retains the right to terminate the program at any time at its discretion. 
• Terms and conditions will be revised for each new academic year. Any additional changes will be published on the Al-Ihsan Institute website.
