Returns

In the case, you receive an item that significantly doesn’t match the description or the item is damaged and not fit for purpose, we can offer you a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days from when you have received your products.

We do not accept refund requests that are made 14 days after your items are received.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If we deem it to be damaged, not fit for purpose, or significantly not matching the description, a refund, including any shipping costs will be issued.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or if you don’t like what you purchased.

Include your full name, address, order number and a photo of the item.

We will respond within 2 business days with the return address. Use a standard delivery service to return the item to the return address. We will reimburse up to $10 standard delivery fees incurred by you to return the items.
